Responsibilities
Process candidates efficiently, including administering language assessments and reviewing and pipelining candidates
Interact with stakeholders, recruiting partners, and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes
Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain records
Engage in focused work to achieve recruitment targets
Participate in bi-weekly team meetings and one-on-one meetings with hiring managers
Qualification
Required
3-7 years of sourcing experience
Proficiency in technical sourcing and recruiting, preferably in AI
Strong organizational skills, with experience in Excel and navigating various platforms
Ability to write Boolean strings
Experience in candidate engagement and stakeholder management
Preferred
Experience as a technical recruiter
Experience in linguistics or AI
Experience working with large language models and AI technologies
