The Warehouse Operator will support the shipment of customer orders by accurately picking, packing, checking, and staging materials while adhering to safety and hazardous material regulations.

Responsibilities
Pick materials accurately from stock locations
Pack customer orders following SOPs and hazardous material regulations
Verify chemical name, catalog number, lot number, unit size, weight, and special instructions
Apply required hazmat labels and markings
Stage completed orders for shipment
Unpack inbound shipments and restock materials
Perform shelf maintenance and inventory audits
Ensure correct product placement and labeling
Use SAP for inventory transactions (receive, order, store)
Operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, picking carts, packing machines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Dispose of trash and debris properly
Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Prior picking and packing experience (mandatory)
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Experience using RF scanners
Basic computer skills (PCs, printers, monitors)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Stand/walk for 8 hours per shift
Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Heavy lifting over 20 lbs required
Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling
Exposure to chemicals requiring PPE
Must comply with all safety and hazmat procedures
Preferred
SAP inventory experience
Experience in chemical or regulated warehouse environments
