Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Conduct reference checks and background verifications
Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs
Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment platforms to advertise job openings
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
Strong understanding of healthcare industry roles and requirements
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Preferred
Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR) or similar certification is a plus
