Responsibilities

Support daily operations and project initiatives
Administer core tools
Coordinate disaster recovery testing
Maintain documentation
Remediate vulnerabilities
Manage onboarding and asset tracking
Serve as an internal escalation point for Office 365 and internal applications
Work closely with the IT Operations Lead

Qualification

Microsoft 365SharePoint/OneDrive administrationBasic scripting/automationIT operations experienceAWS experienceITSM practicesStakeholder managementDR/BCP planningVendor support managementProgramming knowledgeCommunicationDocumentation skills

Required

3–5+ years in IT operations, service desk escalation, or systems administration
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (Azure AD)
Proficiency in SharePoint/OneDrive administration
Experience managing vendor support tickets
Comfortable executing change plans and supporting off-hours maintenance
Basic scripting/automation (PowerShell preferred)
Strong documentation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred

Experience in capital markets or trading environments (Flextrade, Cloud9)
Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
Hands-on experience with AWS
Understanding of AWS S3 policies and cross-account access
Programming knowledge: R, SQL, Python
DR/BCP planning and execution
ITSM/ticketing practices (ITIL Foundation or equivalent)
Certifications: MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104, CompTIA Security+
