Responsibilities
Leveraging wireframes, designs, and components to transform business requirements into email or mail communications development using HTML, CSS, and AEM components
Developing more complex custom HTML projects that require high-touch communication with stakeholders
Developing and consult on multiple concurrent projects
Advising and working with marketing teams and other stakeholders to address capability gaps and recommend solutions
Thoroughly test all work to ensure adherence to functional and design requirements
Working with QA testing resources to troubleshoot and resolve defects
Collaborating with PMO and Team Operations to provide work estimates, establish timelines, and communicate statuses
Consulting on process and technology innovations that enhance capabilities or increase productivity within the AEM ecosystem
Mentoring junior developers on email development best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
Strong development experience using current HTML and CSS
Experience with AEM 6.5 building blocks such as the following: templates, components, dispatcher and workflow
Experience building emails
Experience with project management tools such as Jira
Experience working with a Digital Asset Management system
Proficient in G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Forms, etc)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline preferred
AEM Certification
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Experience working with content management systems or software
Experience with the Adobe suite of communications products
Knowledge of Adobe AEM component development and best practices
Knowledge of content modeling
