Scheduling surveillances
Maintaining records of surveillances
Data mining various EB databases
Supporting time studies
Collaborating with management to create surveillance focus areas
Compiling assessments
Coaching management in conducting surveillances and reporting surveillance discoveries
Supporting various projects within operations including but not limited to actions generated from surveillance results
Generating commitments and supporting trades in completing commitments
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum (3) years working in a Quality, Operations, or Business Support function
1+ years of experience project facilitation
Strong written/verbal communication skills are required
Ability to work independently and support newly developing programs
High attention to detail and ability to demonstrate previous experience in performing at a high quality level
Strong organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience interfacing with all levels of management
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Experience analyzing, tracking and trending quality data
Experience performing in-process quality audits/surveillances
