Configure and troubleshoot Workday Payroll, primarily for U.S. and Canadian payrolls
Manage ad-hoc payroll issues under tight deadlines
Act as a liaison between internal teams and Big 4 configuration partner
Analyze payroll discrepancies and fix directly in Workday
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Benefits, and HR
Stay compliant with payroll tax and reporting standards
Qualification
Required
Hands-on Workday Payroll configuration experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal instruction
Preferred
Experience running payrolls in both U.S. and Canada
Exposure to payroll compliance and tax arrears scenarios
Previous experience fixing cross-functional payroll issues
