Responsibilities

Establish and maintain physical and electronic files

Organize and manage case files in both physical and electronic formats

Review data for completeness and proper execution

Enter, review, and extract data from databases

Obtain additional information from other investigative agencies and databases

Receive, track, and process petitions, claims, and requests

Reconcile inconsistencies in data or documentation

Gather and organize information for investigative packages

Verify case files and maintain case tracking systems

Prepare, review, and reconcile reports

Receive and distribute various types of documents, including court documents

Assist lead analysts or officials in collecting all documents and information to complete case files

Provide administrative support and information concerning cases to other investigative agencies, local law enforcement, U.S. Attorney offices, DOJ processing units, and higher headquarters

Extract data from agency databases for management and program reports

Perform word processing related to case documentation

Conduct data entry relevant to case management
