Required

Knowledge of healthcare and operations management at a level normally required through the completion of a Master's in Health Management, Business Administration or related field

Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to communicate, collaborate and partner effectively with all levels of staff, management, and external partners and stakeholders

Demonstrated leadership experience with a high level of organizational skills, and proven ability to supervise and support staff performance and development

Demonstrated analytic, problem solving and strategic planning expertise
