Undergraduate Photography/Videography/Graphics Internship (Associate in Business - Levels I - IV)

Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS) manages and operates the Nevada National Security Site for the U.S. National Nuclear Security Administration. They are seeking an undergraduate business intern specializing in photography, videography, and graphics to participate in ongoing projects at one of the most unique experimental sites in the United States.

Responsibilities

The intern will receive advanced training on editing photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, and Premiere Pro
Printing, mounting, and laminating photographs using large format printers and laminators will be common
Industry standards in formatting manuals and presentations will be discussed and practiced using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Use high production laser printers and other binding equipment produce instruction manuals and booklets for various customers

Required

US Citizenship is required for all positions
Completion of the first year in a related degree program at an accredited institution, as of the date application is submitted
The declared degree must pertain to the department to which the student will be assigned
Must be actively enrolled in school, as of the date application is submitted
Must have and maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, as of the date application is submitted
Must be located in the contiguous United States
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Premiere Pro
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Planning/organizing skills and initiative
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow directions, both written and verbal, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to obtain a HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential under the Department of Energy Order 206.2

Preferred

Strong computer skills are desired, including MS Office and computer programming
