Responsibilities
Design and produce print materials including circulars, newsletters, banners, and promotional graphics
Update existing templates with accurate merchandise, copy, and pricing; proof ads for accuracy
Create new layouts and adapt graphics from digital or TV concepts for print
Art direct photo shoots and manage creative execution
Collaborate with internal teams and senior leadership to review and refine creative concepts
Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Lead and mentor a small design team (2+ members)
Qualification
Required
Strong design ability with a creative eye for print
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
5+ years of experience in graphic design; retail experience preferred (furniture retail a plus)
Proven experience in art directing photo shoots
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
Exceptional attention to detail for pricing, finance offers, and promotional accuracy
Comfortable presenting and discussing creative work with senior leadership, including the CEO
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and deadlines
Ability to work from home one day per week after 90 days (some weeks may require full-time in-office presence)
Preferred
Retail experience preferred (furniture retail a plus)
