Responsibilities

Own company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management

Build and maintain models that guide strategic decisions, capital allocation, and growth priorities

Partner closely with the executive team on pricing, unit economics, and long-term strategy

Manage and develop a growing Finance & BizOps team (currently 2)

Own relationships with lenders, capital providers, and external financial partners

Lead capital planning, warehouse facilities, and financing strategy

Support fundraising processes, investor diligence, and board-level reporting

Oversee accounting operations, close processes, and financial reporting

Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness

Partner with external firms on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters

Oversee business operations, including special projects, payroll, and other G&A functions, with a focus on leverage and efficiency
