Responsibilities

Perform typical receptionist duties including answering phones
Respond to emails and greet guests professionally
Book and maintain the conference room schedule
Order food/catering for meetings
Ensure office security by checking in visitors
Handle light administrative tasks, including entering invoices
Perform occasional work within Microsoft Excel
Support the office temporarily to cover for an employee on leave, with potential for conversion based on business needs

Required

MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational and communication skills
