They are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their Personal Injury team, handling a broad range of personal injury matters and working collaboratively in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

Handle personal injury case files from inception through resolution

Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal guidance to prospective and existing clients

Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, subpoenas, memoranda, and other legal documents

Conduct legal research related to personal injury matters, including premises liability and applicable case law

Gather and analyze insurance policies, medical records, medical expenses, and other relevant evidence

Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel

Negotiate settlements and resolutions on behalf of clients when appropriate

Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials as required

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of case activity within the firm’s case management system
