Responsibilities

Support and optimize Workday HCM recruitment and hiring processes
Partner with HR leaders and recruiters to improve business processes and compliance
Provide change management, training insights, and user guidance
Evaluate enhancement requests and troubleshoot system issues
Develop communications and presentations to support system adoption
Identify process improvements and support deployment of updates

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM
10+ years of experience in HR processes, with focus on Talent Acquisition
Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and best practices
Experience bridging HR business needs with Workday digital solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field
