Responsibilities

Design, build, and test APIs that expose network capabilities and data

Help automate and streamline network configuration and workflows

Prototype and evaluate AI and MCP tools that sit on top of network platforms

Document designs, experiments, and findings to support broader team adoption

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management of Information Systems, or a related field

Programming experience in Python, Javascript, or similar languages

Familiarity with REST-based APIs and basic networking concepts (IP, TCP/UDP, HTTP)

Experience using Linux environments

Interest in networking, software systems, or network automation

Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and work effectively on a team

Preferred

Experience building or consuming APIs for infrastructure or network services

Familiarity with containers, docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift

Experience experimenting with AI/ML tools, LLMs, or MCP-style architectures

Interest in network observability, telemetry, or automation frameworks

Prior internship, or project experience related to networks or distributed systems
