Workforce Experience Manager
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking a Workforce Experience Manager to enhance employee experiences and strengthen organizational culture. This role involves leading initiatives that foster unity and positive employee experiences while collaborating across departments to build alignment and engagement.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
6+ years of experience in organizational talent management or related areas
Proven ability to consult, collaborate, and drive people programs that add value
Strong skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building
Ability to Counsel Together, Build Capability, and Organize the Work effectively
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field
Experience with competency models, development frameworks, and change management
Knowledge of learning and development best practices
Certifications in coaching, performance management, or strategic talent development
