Responsibilities

Handle a diverse caseload of various litigation matters, including property disputes, landlord-tenant conflicts, title issues, and contract disputes
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court proceedings
Prepare for, attend, and participate in trials and hearings
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to provide updates, gather information, and advocate for client interests

Required

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Colorado State Bar and in good standing

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines effectively
Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality

Preferred

Preference for real estate litigation experience
Strong preference for trial experience and desire to go to trial
