Crisis Management Senior Analyst

Responsibilities
You will ensure compliance with the Crisis Management program and deliver training
You will manage critical security events and coordinate incident investigations
You will prioritize crisis and cybersecurity incidents to minimize business impact
You will act as an escalation point and incident response coordinator
You will adapt response processes to company changes
You will present incident analysis and trends to leadership
You will review processes and recommend improvements
You will lead incident response exercises to identify gaps and engage stakeholders
You will maintain and improve Incident Response playbooks and guidelines
You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, HR, Technology, and Business teams
You will monitor internal and external events and align with infrastructure teams
You will communicate incident details from investigation to resolution
You will drive change and support business goals
You will ensure compliance with incident response workflows and participate in audits
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree, certification, or 5–8 years of related experience
2–3 years of leadership experience
Experience leading incident or crisis response teams
Experience in a 24x7 operational environment
Experience with globally distributed teams
Experience improving response processes at scale
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective decision-making skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work with staff and executives
Team-oriented and resilient under pressure
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or cybersecurity preferred
