HII Mission Technologies is hiring a Cyber Security Specialist based at Beale AFB, CA. As a Cyber Security Specialist, you’ll protect critical intelligence and mission systems from advanced cyber threats and strengthen the cyber foundation that enables global ISR operations.

Responsibilities

Analyze emerging cyber threats and recommend mitigation strategies

Investigate network intrusions, malware, and suspicious activity

Interpret new cyber policies and ensure mission system compliance

Maintain the integrity and security of global cyber systems

Perform vulnerability scanning and configuration assessments for Windows and UNIX systems

Support secure implementation of cross‑domain solutions (CDS)

Provide analytical and technical expertise to mission‑essential activities

Communicate complex cyber concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences

Support secure integration of C4ISR systems

Analyze IP packet captures using industry‑standard tools

Support troubleshooting of radio and data link configurations (if applicable)

Required

TS/SCI clearance

DoD 8570.01‑M certification (Security+ CE, SSCP, or GSEC)

Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and graphical formats

Significant experience investigating network intrusions and performing malware analysis
