Responsibilities
Assess current supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
Review rate cards against current market rates
Analyze delivery costs and service levels to advise on suitable transport carriers
Evaluate warehouse locations and provide recommendations for future growth
Review delivery services and provide feedback on best practices and current providers
Collaborate with teams to develop and implement supply chain optimization strategies
Use data analytics and modelling to support decisions and track performance
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
At least 5 years in supply chain or logistics with a record of successful projects
In-depth understanding of the USA storage and distribution networks at a national level
Knowledge of market rates for B2C storage and distribution of large items
Logistics experience, especially local courier experience in specialized services like white glove, room of choice, and standard deliveries
Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
Preferred
Familiarity with supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
