Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex tax engagements for middle-market and high-net-worth clients
Supervise and mentor senior associates and staff accountants
Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Review tax returns and research technical tax matters
Contribute to practice development and firm initiatives
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
CPA or EA license required (JD considered too)
Strong technical tax knowledge across business and individual taxation
Proven experience managing client relationships and supervising staff
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with tax software and research tools
