They are seeking an experienced Application Services Architect to support customers in the Discrete Industries by implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions and enhancing business functionalities while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Be actively involved in the preparation, conceptualization, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
Facilitate and lead Discovery (Fit to Standard) Workshops to better define scope and Business Processes and to identify and gaps in the process
Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews
Take responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
Develop detailed plan of process implementation
Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
Lead industry /corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)
Develop and Assure quality of process models
Demonstrate profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools (Signavio)
Assist in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans; acting as liaison with client for troubleshooting (investigates, analyses, and solves software problems)
Analyze and map clients’ business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum of seven years' progressive experience
A minimum of 7+ years of SAP Consulting experience
Expertise in more than one (ideally more) of the following solutions: Production Planning Detailed Scheduling (PPDS)
Familiarity with core functions in IBP, APO Stack, MRP, MPS, etc
Core ECC Logistics: PP, PP-PI, and strong integration knowledge with MM, QM, PLM, SD, etc
Familiarity with integration to Manufacturing (shop Floor) DMC, MEE, MII, etc
Familiarity with integration to SCM Execution (EWM, TM), etc
Experience with Discrete industry (Automotive, Hi-Tech, IM&C, A&D), among others business processes and various related industry experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the client
Ability to act as a team lead, work-stream lead, and or Project Management capability
Preferred
Graduate degree
Formal SAP certification in a related application area
ABAP development and debugging skills
Experience and knowledge with SAP Implementation Methodologies (RISE, Signavio, Lean-IX, Walk Me, CALM, ASAP, Activate, Sprints, Solution Manager, etc.)
Knowledge of SAP Model Companies (LOB & Industry), Premium Engagement offerings, etc
