Responsibilities
Program and manage surveys using Qualtrics and XM Discover
Develop and maintain data pipelines connecting business data warehouses, operational systems, and CX platforms
Integrate data from Snowflake and other enterprise sources to support CX measurement and reporting
Analyze structured and unstructured data using SQL, Python, and statistical techniques
Conduct regression and advanced analytics to identify key drivers of customer satisfaction and behavior
Build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to communicate insights clearly and effectively
Collaborate with UX, analytics, and product teams to embed customer insights into digital experience improvements
Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders
