Responsibilities
Drive cost, technical, and schedule performance of the S3 Development Branch
Manage system requirements and verification plan to complete the missile configuration roadmap
Oversee missile Hardware-in-the-Loop activities across multiple sites and suppliers
Identify barriers and risks to S3 development and execute mitigation plans
Coordinate activities across the Air Dominance portfolio, mitigating inter-contract dependencies

The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start
Drive cost, technical, and schedule performance of the S3 Development Branch

Preferred
Experience with missile systems requirements, software, or simulations
Experience with Development Programs
Experience with Earned Value Management
Knowledge of program and financial measurements (orders, sales, EBIT and cash)
Knowledge of DoD contract types (CPFF, FFP, CPIF, etc.)
Demonstrated track record of delivering results in fluid or ambiguous situations
