National Account Sales Manager
Dreame Technology is seeking a National Account Sales Manager to develop and manage relationships with major retail key accounts. The role involves creating and implementing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver products and services effectively.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with majore retail key accounts(BBY\Target\Walmart\Costco) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Responsible for the use of market funds, formulate product and price strategies
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and aligning company resources to meet those needs
Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to grow sales and enhance market share within national key accounts
Do a good job of regional sell-in and sell-out management to ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that resonate with key accounts
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive delivery of products and services to key accounts
Qualification
Required
5 years or more experience in channel sales of consumer-grade products in the U.S.; experiences in channel sales of products in 3C, home appliances, and IoT industries is preferred
Have strong development capabilities, be able to independently carry out sales activities such as customer appointments, visits, and key customer research, have blank market development experience, and channel management experience is preferred
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, with a track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build strong client relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment. Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
