Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical and electronic components using tools (including torque wrenches) following detailed procedures
Apply staking materials for stability
Use our production tracking software to track builds and workflow
Execute basic test scripts and bash commands on hardware systems
Record, document, and communicate test results clearly and accurately
Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve assembly or test issues

Required

Detail-oriented, hands-on Assembly & Test Technician
Ability to assemble mechanical and electronic components using tools (including torque wrenches) following detailed procedures
Ability to apply staking materials for stability
Ability to use production tracking software to track builds and workflow
Ability to execute basic test scripts and bash commands on hardware systems
Ability to record, document, and communicate test results clearly and accurately
Ability to collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve assembly or test issues

Preferred

Soldering experience (we'll provide training) and experience handling sensitive PCSs
Basic understanding of electronic debugging or electrical engineering concepts
Prior experience in hardware production environments (aerospace, medical, RF, or similar)
