Responsibilities
Perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services in LSNA
Accountable for coordination of project HSE deliverables
Track contractor hours and perform contractor performance evaluations
Support the team maintaining and tracking safety databases
Prepare reports and power point presentations
Assist with client representatives while visiting the site and setting up meeting time/space for them
Qualification
Required
An associate degree in business administration, or equivalent, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
At least 5 years of safety support experience
Advanced level computer skills in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams
Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
Support the implementation of company and client safety program aspects at the field level with site workers
Experienced in reviewing completed safety documentation and cataloging for storage
Experienced in developing and implementation safety training/classes
Experience in working with a large number of site workers and contractors to performs safety assessments and performance evaluations
Preferred
Experienced at working in a fast-paced setting
Experienced greeting and checking-in a large number of personnel daily at a welcome center/front desk setting
Computer skills in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
