Responsibilities
Responsible for the implementation of investment orders in SMA models, delivery of model changes to sponsor firms and allocation changes for model portfolio products
Assist with daily reconciliations, facilitate step-out trading and monitor the trade rotation process
Ensure SMA models remain in compliance with established guidelines and partner with key internal partners (Legal, Compliance, Product, etc.) to resolve issues
Work with trading and Portfolio Strategy Specialists to support the portfolio construction process and investible universe
Ownership limit monitoring and processing
With appropriate experience, provide peer level review
Vendor transition change management for Equity and Fixed Income Managed Accounts
Understand current and revised workflows to document updated process workflows in Promapp and Content Management System
Participate in User Acceptance Testing
Assess business requirements to analyze process gaps and design of future state solutions
Participate in swivel chair activities between two vendors for Equity Managed Accounts
Identify and lead solutioning of areas subject to risk and/or manual processing
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience in asset management is required
Skilled operations associate as depth of subject matter expertise
Ability to work independently on most assignments and under the direction of more senior staff on more complex scenarios

Experience with SMA industry and/or outsourced provider transition are a plus
Tableau, Alteryx and/or PowerBI skills are a plus
