CFS is a family-owned company that has been in operation for decades, seeking an HR Manager to lead all human resources functions. The role involves overseeing payroll, benefits, safety, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.
Responsibilities
Own all HR functions including payroll, benefits, safety, and employee relations
Lead annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits administration
Process and manage payroll with frequent review-based adjustments
Serve as the daily HR presence for hourly and salaried teammates
Ensure compliance across employment law, safety, and internal policies
Qualification
Required
Hands-on HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment
Comfort working with paper processes and non-computer-based teammates
Direct payroll and benefits administration experience
Strong employee relations judgment and confidentiality instincts
Desire to build a long-term career, not a short stop
