Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining product roadmaps, aligning with business goals and collaborating with internal teams
Work closely with stakeholder teams to drive successful platform capability development and launches
Gather product requirements through stakeholder communication and translate them into user stories or technical specifications
Support the execution of new capabilities and coordinate product launches
Analyze product performance metrics to guide improvements and inform future iterations
Communicate updates and provide training or product materials to internal/external stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field

Proficiency in analytics and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau); ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights
Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude
Familiarity with financial services domains (e.g., payments, wealth management) and regulatory considerations
