Responsibilities

Manage daily office tasks, scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
Build, edit, and maintain digital files, forms, and reports using Adobe and other software tools
Use company systems, spreadsheets, and databases to support operations and recordkeeping
Collect timesheets, verify hours, and support payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality
Assist cable techs with paperwork, onboarding documents, job packets, and work orders
Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, clients, and vendors; respond to emails and calls professionally
Enter and update information in company systems with speed and accuracy

Qualification

AdobeMicrosoft OfficePayroll processesOrganizationBilingualMultitaskingTechnical experienceCommunication skills

Required

Experience with Adobe (PDF editing, form creation, file preparation)
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of payroll processes or willingness to learn
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Bilingual
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred

Experience in a technical or field‑service environment is a plus
