Akkodis is seeking a Solution Architect for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA. This role requires deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM‑CMDB, Service Mapping, or ITAM to lead architecture decisions and guide implementation teams while overseeing integrations and platform optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end architectural design of complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM‑CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM, and ITAM modules

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define architectural roadmaps and ensure solutions align with strategic goals and platform best practices

Oversee configuration, customization, and solution development, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to governance standards

Architect and guide integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and enterprise tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

10+ years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including 3+ years in an architect or lead role

Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM (CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM), or ITAM (HAM/SAM), with a proven ability to design scalable, enterprise-level architectures

Strong experience architecting integrations, overseeing configuration/customization, and providing technical leadership across large‑scale ServiceNow implementations
