Prudential is seeking motivated and goal-orientated interns to join our Global Technology & Operations team. This summer internship program spans approximately 10 weeks, offering valuable opportunities to work on impactful projects across various areas while enhancing technical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product owners and tech leads to contribute to impactful feature development and technical design
Engage in designing and developing scalable technology solutions aligned with organizational goals
Assist in creating user stories, process designs, and data models for agile delivery, particularly in Data Analytics & Engineering
Explore and leverage business systems and data tools to drive insights and strategic decisions
Depending on your placement, you may participate in software development activities (coding, testing, and debugging) or contribute through analysis, research, solution design or operational support
Advance understanding of emerging technologies, emphasizing innovation across all areas
Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives by identifying risks and implementing detections which monitor employees, digital assets, infrastructure, and sensitive data
Analyze business needs and help translate them into technical or process requirements
Support operational workflow improvements through data insights or process mapping

Required

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
Open to all majors, with relevant fields including Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering, plus other technical areas with programming theory
