PC Support Technician
Nissin Foods is a renowned company known for its innovative instant ramen products. They are seeking a PC Support Technician responsible for providing deskside technology support, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer hardware and software to ensure smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities
Thorough knowledge of Windows 11 PRO, and Microsoft Office 365
Install software, set up and support (desktop, laptop, Surface) and all other IT related devices
Troubleshoot and diagnose standard computer hardware and software (desktop/laptop/Surface level)
Respond to IT support requests from clients as related to hardware and software issues via multiple sources and referred tickets
Enter call data into the ticket tracking system
Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner
Communicate updates on issues in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction and productivity
Seek technical assistance or escalate problems when necessary
Ensure compliance with IT policies and data consistency
Update OS and ensure security applications are installed and active and up to date on all devices
Assist local and remote users such as brokers and sales managers. (This includes our Pennsylvania, South Carolina locations, and traveling Nissin Foods employees.)
Create internal walkthrough videos regarding new software, and software updates for Nissin Foods (USA) Co., Inc
Assist administration with IT billing and purchase orders for technology purchases, including maintaining a spare parts inventory
Ensure that old hardware is properly disposed of through the appropriate channels
Managing department’s hardware and software assets, ensuring equipment and licensed software are tracked and maintained in line with current policies and procedures
Ensure that information and systems are protected in a manner consistent with Nissin Foods USA Co., Inc. security policy, procedures, and standards
Performs related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
1+ years' experience providing end-user technical support or service desk assistance, or PC troubleshooting in a corporate or business environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and supporting computer hardware and accessories
Strong computer skills and excellent phone disposition
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to foster and maintain relationships
Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Preferred
Associates or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Technical Certificate or coursework in IT (technical or trade school experience)
