Responsibilities
Learn about Belle Tire's business by attending meetings, huddles, and trainings
Support digital initiatives by partnering with IT and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system or process requirements
Assist in documenting business processes, user stories, workflows, and functional requirements
Analyze data and system outputs to help identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
Participate in testing activities, including validating system functionality and documenting results
Help prepare materials, presentations, and status updates related to digital projects
Support change management efforts by assisting with communications, training materials, and user documentation
Complete a digital or IT-related project and present findings or recommendations to leadership
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to gather, organize, and summarize information from multiple sources
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
