Insignia Healthcare is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support through various channels, ensuring positive interactions and fostering client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and accurate information
Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry skills and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary, and ensure proper documentation
Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall client service strategies
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds

Required

Preferred

Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus
Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English and at least one additional language enhances your effectiveness
Experience in sales or client services can be advantageous but is not mandatory; enthusiasm for helping others is key!
Bilingual candidates with excellent phone etiquette and analysis skills will find this role especially rewarding
