Responsibilities

Supporting development of strategic internal and/or external communications plans
Leveraging tools, like Teams, to support internal communications and employee engagement across the enterprise and/or in support of specific initiatives
Providing support on a wide variety of assignments including media list development, newsletter compilation, content development, messaging document development and proofreading
Assist in drafting content, for example, articles for the company intranet, The Hub, or external communications
Supporting quality checks by reviewing The Hub pages for formatting issues and coordinating with team members to ensure information is current and engaging

Required

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028

Preferred

Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new applications
Previous experience in communications-related roles
Passionate about pursuing a career in communications
