Responsibilities
Collaborate with department leaders and staff to analyze, develop, and generate forecasts and long-range financial plans
Compile, consolidate, and analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, including forecasts and long-range financial plans
Maintain and develop budget and forecast modules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and understand underlying processes
Lead or provide technical input in the development of project planning and cash flow analysis
Prepare accurate and timely reports for internal teams and external customers
Assists departments with special projects and ad hoc analysis, including research, gathering and validating data, and summarizing results for management
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
Three or more years of related experience in financial planning, financial accounting, economics
Must be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Meet deadlines with the ability to interact well with all levels of management and team members
Ability to learn new systems and cross-train
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of financial analysis methods and tools, including the ability to ascertain how transaction affects all areas of financial statements
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under time constraints and function well under pressure
Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Preferred
Working knowledge of Oracle and Utilities International (UI) helpful
