HRIS Business Analyst

Parksite is seeking an HRIS Business Analyst who plays a critical role in optimizing and maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems. This role involves partnering with various departments to support system integrations, streamline processes, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable insights through reporting.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HRIS analyst for ADP Workforce Now, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support
Partner with IT to manage and enhance HR system integrations
Lead efforts to automate and streamline manual HR processes and workflows
Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems
Maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials
Design and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making
Analyze HR data and processes to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Support data requests for internal and external audits, compliance, and leadership reporting
Provide system and data support for HR programs including: Recruiting and Onboarding, Annual Merit Increase and Bonus Payout cycles, Open Enrollment and Benefits Administration, Performance Management and Goal Setting, ESOP and 401(k) Administration
Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews
Champion data governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
Support system governance by managing user roles, permissions, and access controls
Lead change management efforts for HR system updates, including stakeholder communications and training
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs

Required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in HRIS or Business Analyst roles, preferably in mid-to-large organizations
Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred; experience with other HR systems a plus
Proven ability to manage system integrations and cross-functional projects
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; experience with tools like Power BI preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience supporting HR programs such as compensation, benefits, and performance management
Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and change management best practices
