Lead a small team (3 to 4 part-time staff)
Work closely with our Board to shape what comes next
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in a nonprofit or similar organization
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage and lead a small team
Experience in partnership development and community engagement
Demonstrated ability to raise funds and manage budgets
Hands-on approach to leadership and program management
Preferred
Experience in the food system or agricultural sector
Familiarity with grant writing and fundraising strategies
Knowledge of local food systems and community needs in Northern Colorado
