Responsibilities

Design and implement test processes for hardware assembly and validation

Collaborate with hardware engineers to incorporate design-for-manufacturability and testability principles

Develop scalable production systems that meet high standards for throughput, cost, and quality

Lead facilities and workflow planning, including floor layout and material flow optimization

Identify and implement tooling and equipment needs using internal resources or external vendors

Develop and maintain production documentation, including work instructions and MES databases

Continuously improve manufacturing efficiency through automation, data analysis, and process optimization
