Experiential & Events Marketing Manager
XDS Bicycles is one of the world’s largest bicycle manufacturers, known for its carbon-fiber frames and innovative designs. They are seeking an Experiential & Events Marketing Manager to lead brand activations and events, ensuring a premium experience that builds trust and relationships with the community.

Responsibilities
Own the planning and execution of all U.S. brand activations, including trade shows, demo tours, launch events, pop-ups, and dealer gatherings
Translate brand strategy into physical experiences that feel premium, memorable, and on-brand
Create modular activation playbooks that can be reused and scaled across markets
Ensure every live touchpoint reflects XDS and X-LAB’s positioning, tone, and standards
Lead end-to-end event planning: logistics, staffing, booth setup, collateral, inventory, and teardown
Act as on-site brand lead at major industry events (Sea Otter, CABDA, dealer shows, etc.) but you'll be bolstered by other members of the leadership team
Coordinate with PR, sales, and marketing to ensure events drive awareness and conversion
Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendors
Build strong relationships with key dealers through localized activations and visits
Host in-store launches, demo days, ride-outs, and community events
Act as a trusted brand representative in-market
Gather qualitative feedback from the field and share insights with HQ
Support and activate brand ambassadors, athletes, creators, and partners
Coordinate grassroots events and group rides
Help build a national presence through local momentum
Own the physical brand toolkit: signage, banners, demo kits, pop-up structures, displays, giveaways
Ensure materials are always updated, well-maintained, and event-ready
Work with creative and production teams to develop new assets
Collect insights from dealers, riders, and events
Report on what’s working and what’s not
Continuously improve the brand experience playbook
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years in field marketing, experiential marketing, brand activation, or events
Experience executing multi-city activations or trade shows
Strong project management skills with real-world logistics
Comfort traveling frequently (30–50%+)
Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
Ability to represent the brand with confidence and professionalism
Comfortable lifting, setting up, breaking down, and hustling when needed
Preferred
Experience in cycling, outdoor, mobility, automotive, or premium consumer brands
Dealer or retail marketing experience
Community-building or ambassador program experience
Content capture experience (basic video, photo, social)
Familiarity with CRM, event tracking, or lead capture tools
