Facilitates incoming referrals from outside agencies into Penn Highlands DuBois' Inpatient Behavioral Health Units
Facilitates tele-face to face assessments from Clearfield, Elk, and Brookville emergency departments

Qualification

Bachelor degree in social workBehavioral health experienceCPR certificationCrisis management certificationCounseling skills

Required

Bachelor degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field or bachelors degree plus two years behavioral health experience
Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within 6 months
Comprehensive crisis management certification within 12 months of start date in department/position

Preferred

Previous behavioral health experience
