Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5–10 software engineers
Drive project execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of critical initiatives
Collaborate with Product and Design to translate business goals into technical deliverables
Foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, deployment, and SaaS scalability
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning

Required

5+ years of engineering leadership experience (managing teams of 5+ engineers)
Strong background in SaaS software development with proven delivery experience
Hands-on expertise working with SaaS code bases
Track record of driving technical projects from concept to release in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Leadership
