Responsibilities
Influence the future of new business sales, customer success, marketing, and partnerships
Scale and lead impact and reach strategic initiatives
Exceed ambitious sales goals and uncover new opportunities
Build a scalable sales and marketing engine
Report to and work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and senior executive team
Directly manage the Managing Directors and Sr. Directors of Sales & Marketing
Execute the go-to-market strategy and aligned strategic priorities
Transform revenue operations for scale
Design and execute a go-to-market strategy for OUR portfolios
Focus on impact and sustainable growth
Qualification
Required
Extensive district relationships
Understanding of state and district level sales strategy
Track record of transforming revenue operations for scale
Design and execute a go-to-market strategy adoption of the OUR portfolios
Focus on impact and sustainable growth
Mission-driven C-level sales leader
Energetic passion for transformation within education
Strong K-12 background
Demonstrated strategic K-12 sales and marketing experience leading multiple teams
Deep knowledge of cross-channel marketing, native advertising, programmatic, and the latest trends in digital advertising
Strong financial, analytical, and modeling expertise
