Responsibilities

Gaining a deep understanding of Siemens’ legacy, organizational structure, product offerings, systems, tools, and internal processes
Collaborating with product management and subject matter experts across various functions
Preparing sales quotations for teams, distributors, and customers
Exploring industry dynamics, including go-to-market strategies and channel partnerships
Learning key sales, skills, processes and tools
Developing networking skills with peers and leadership while applying proven sales methodologies
Engaging in a collaborative, team-based environment alongside fellow trainees
Receiving guidance and support from recently graduated program mentors

Required

Have graduated with a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Construction Management, Business or Marketing
Have the right attitude and a technical aptitude with a keen interest in the electrical industry
Have prior internship experience in sales or technical role
Have prior customer-facing experience in sales, construction, engineering or technical field
Are willing to relocate and travel as required by the program
Are good at building relationships and have strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Are legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company or school sponsorship. This program does not support students on a Visa such as F1, J1, M1 and H1B as well as OPT/CPT

Preferred

Obtained a Professional Selling Certificate or similar
Membership with your school's Sales Engineering Club or similar
