Process and organize data from home inspections, including photos, notes, and reports
Review and verify accuracy of data to ensure it meets company standards
Enter data into company database and maintain data integrity
Generate reports and summaries based on data analysis
Communicate with inspectors and other team members to resolve any discrepancies or missing information
Assist with developing and implementing data processing procedures and protocols
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for data processing and management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, data management) or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in data processing or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data processing software
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Knowledge of home inspection industry is a plus
