They are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for visitors, performing traditional receptionist duties while also providing administrative support to the finance and billing department.

Responsibilities
Greets all visitors entering the community, answer questions, ensure visitors sign guest sheets, and answer/direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff
Sort, deliver and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may be asked to do basic office/clerical functions, and maintain visitor logs
May also respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol
Qualification
Required
Proficient computer experience is required
Receptionists greet all visitors entering the community
Answer questions and ensure visitors sign guest sheets
Answer/direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff
Sort, deliver and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail
May be asked to do basic office/clerical functions
Maintain visitor logs
May also respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol
