Responsibilities

Drive Key Internal Control Activities: Take an active role in the annual Internal Control Self-Assessment (ICSA) campaign by leading documentation, analysis, and coordination activities across the organization
Engage with Key Stakeholders: Prepare for and participate in meetings with key business leaders, contributing to important discussions and decisions
Understand Financial Reviews: Assist in conducting Balance Sheet reviews to verify the reasonableness, accuracy, and proper support of financial statement account balances
Collaborate on Projects: Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to support internal audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives, gaining exposure to our global processes and governance practices
Make a Difference: Volunteer at Legrand Better Communities events, supporting organizations such as the American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Junior or Senior standing preferred)
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make thoughtful recommendations
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools with the ability to independently run with a project, analyze data/trends, and make recommendations
Positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
